4L60-E: No Move After Rebuild

Symptoms:
- Overheated converter
- Delayed Reverse
- No 3rd
- 3-4 Clutch failure
- Code 1870
Cause:
Overheating and manufacturing flaws cause sleeve rotation and block oil flow, which leads to transmission failure.Correction:
